at whisk’d matcha, we take pride in offering premium, fresh matcha sourced and packaged with care. due to the perishable nature of tea and food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
however, your satisfaction is important to us!
if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is a quality issue, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at Info@WhiskdMatcha.com. include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. we’ll be happy to review your case and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
